Chiapparelli Construction has been conducting business as a full service, one stop construction company since 2004, and was incorporated in 2007. It has just one employee, David Chiapparelli, a talented carpenter and thrifty businessman. Mr. Chiapparelli has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, and has put special emphasis on learning carpentry from gifted New England craftsmen. Since Mr. Chiapparelli believes that every project requires special attention, dedication is put into each and every hammer stroke. The result is that he approaches every project with the same spirit that he would have if he were remodeling his own home.

The Company’s focus is on the custom residential remodel and addition field. However, it will occasionally branch out into small commercial remodels and tenant improvements, and assist town home and condominium owners with their upgrade & repair projects.

Chiapparelli Construction's philosophy is that quality materials and workmanship never go out of style. You want it built right, and we want to build it right for you. No corners cut. No hidden flaws. No whitewashing. We are serious about this and offer a warranty to prove it. We always stand behind our work by offering a standard one-year warranty on all projects.  But TWO, FIVE  and TEN-year warranties are also offered. Ask for details.
